Healthy Recipes: How to make Mexican soup with hot pepper


Mexican soup is a kind of healthy soups that give heat to the body. Suitable for winter heating, it is rich in nutritional value high for containing vitamins and antioxidants. It is suitable for a diet at any time without the use of generous cream

Ingredients 4 people

4 boiled chicken breasts and small cubes
1/2 cup red beans
1/2 cup white beans
1/2 pack of corn grain
Cup fresh tomato juice center
Cooking Cream Cup (Light)
Large chopped onion
Green Pepper
Red pepper, minced
Hot green pepper
Tablespoon butter
3 cups chicken broth
ملعقة teaspoon cumin
Salt and black pepper

How to prepare


Place the butter in a pot for medium heat, add the onion and stir until it wilts

Add green pepper, red, hot pepper and my heart for 5 minutes

Add white beans, red beans, corn, chicken, cumin, salt, black pepper and my heart for 10 minutes

Add fresh tomato juice and leave on low heat for 15 minutes with stirring every 2 minutes

Add the gravy and cream and keep my heart until boiling

Place the soup in serving dishes and serve hot with roasted toast
