A healthy diet for beauty and brilliance at the age of forty

Despite the importance of the diet containing antioxidants at all ages, it is more important for women who are nearly 40 years old. Antioxidants work to promote the prevention of heart disease, Alzheimer's and some types of cancer. Antioxidants are found in colored fruits and vegetables. Berries, strawberries, cherries and blackberries are among the most antioxidant-rich fruits. Among vegetables, rapeseed and cabbage are the richest in antioxidants

Here are some tips for healthy and healthy nutrition before the age of forty

 Eat low fat dairy products and not full fat

Eat raw, unsalted nuts as snacks, since they are rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium

 Reduce the intake of red meat until once a week, depending on chicken breasts and skin and fish

 Enjoy a small piece of dark chocolate from time to time, it is healthy and useful especially if it contains 70% or more cocoa

 Quench thirst with water and reduce caffeine-containing beverages as they work to increase symptoms of menopause

 Eat calcium as much or as little as younger women because osteoporosis starts at the beginning of the 1940s

Do not forget to eat breakfast, as the first meal of the day helps stimulate metabolism

 Avoid foods that contain empty calories to provide the space for healthy foods

Eat plenty of vegetables during the day, it gives a feeling of fullness

 Get used to doing some physical activity during the day like putting the car away from home and wandering around the house and climbing the stairs instead of the elevator

 Eat healthy snacks between main meals to avoid feeling late at night
