However, rice and milk remain the main ingredient of this dish. Ingredients
One and a half cups of rice with medium grain.

How to get ready

Start washing the rice three times without soaking and add the amount of milk and water to the pan, add the milk and water well and add sugar.
After ten minutes, add the amount of rice and leave on the fire until the rice is cooked for forty-five minutes so that the texture is good.

Ingredients

Medium cup rice (Egyptian).
Liquid milk with six cups.

How to get ready

Wash the rice well and set it on fire for ten minutes.
Prepare a saucepan, add milk and boil in it, add sugar, rice and vanilla and cook over low heat until cooked.
At this point, melt the starch in cold water, cover it with milk and rice and mix well until the mixture is firm.
After ripening rice and texture, you can add a spoonful of water from the cubes at will, and after cooling, serve in dishes and decorate with cinnamon and ground nuts.

Cooking rice with milk and oranges

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup dry milk.
One-quarter cup of Egyptian rice.
four cups of water.
Half a cup of starch.
A glass of sugar.
a teaspoon of water.
Six glasses of orange juice.
Two tablespoons of molten water.
Pistachios for decoration.

How to get ready

Wash rice and soak in hot water for 1 hour.
Dilute dry milk with water.
Add rice to milk.
Place the previous mixture in a saucepan so that the fire continues to move until it reaches a boiling point so that it does not adhere to the volume or lump.
Reduce the heat and continue stirring occasionally until the rice is well cooked, almost half an hour later.
Add sugar and mix well until it melts.
Add the amount of starch and from time to time reduce the heat while stirring.
Then put water in cubes and rub on the grid and let the mixture boil for three minutes.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Mix the orange juice well, then place it in the saucepan.
Continue stirring until the mixture boils.
Mix the orange with rice and milk.
Put in the fridge and cool feet.

Cooking rice with creamy milk

Ingredients

One and a half cups of short grain rice.
Four cups and a quarter liter of liquid milk.
A bag of cream.
Three teaspoons of starch.
Three tablespoons of rose water or water.
A glass of sugar.

How to get ready

Rinse the rice well and then pour some water into it.
Heat the milk in a saucepan, add cream, mix well and add to rice.
Leave the mixture to boil until the rice is cooked.
Dissolve the starch from a glass of water, add it to the milk with stirring until it condenses, and then remove the pan from the heat.
Add rose water and mix hearts.
Pour the rice into the milk in the serving cups, and sprinkle with nuts if desired, and cold feet.
Rice with milk without starch

Ingredients

A pound of Egyptian rice.
• 1 liter of milk.
Half a cup of sugar.
Peel half the orange.

How to get ready

Put the milk in a saucepan on the fire and put the rice with milk after soaking.
Add an orange peel, mix well.
Continue stirring until the mixture boils, then remove the orange peel.
Add sugar, stir the mixture and watch until the rice has matured.
Before cooking rice, add the sauce and water from the cubes. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat.

If you do not like the taste of water, you should not allow the rice to be absorbed, so that the rice keeps the starch in it. This will lead to consistency of the recipe. Instead of adding starch to milk, you will depend on the starch found in rice.

Do not cook long grain rice in this dish because there is less starch and its taste is unpleasant.
It is not recommended to add oils when cooking rice and milk.
Rice can be delivered to people with diabetes by controlling the amount of sugar added to the dish.
When cooking rice milk, it is recommended to wash only rice, and not soak or cook, so we benefit from the amount of starch contained in rice, otherwise rice makes rice homogeneous.
You can make a meal by adding pistachios, raisins, chopped nuts and cinnamon in particular.
